Character Art: Sylvia Devereaux

In a continuation of the previous concept, we have France here in the form of Sylvia. Her costume was most inspired by the 1770s pastoral silhouettes with some robe à la française of the 1750s, while the tall collar is more Elizabethan. The shoes are completely fictitious, and are inspired by button up Victorian boots that are mid 1800s.
I think she looks very visually fun, but needs more of the Ladies to make her make sense next to Amira. Next I would have made the Italian Lady, who would be inspired by Italian inventors and have animal handling as a skill, and have some renaissance silhouette cues and Borgia family inspired dress styles. Then would follow the Indian Lady who has invention as well (although differently), encyclopedic knowledge and people connections, and have a beautiful Talwar sword.
This game would be very character driven, and have turn based combat missions with action and narrative slower plot in-between. All of the Ladies would have been gathered by an old woman who used to be more powerful, and needs their help for the greatest scheme the world has ever seen in order to save her sick granddaughter. The granddaughter (Lacey) wants terribly to be a strong fighter just like all the Ladies and is integral to the plot later on.
Stay tuned for environment art of some of the key locations possibly.
