Watercolor Character design and Instrument design

This was an exercise in Watercolor, with a DnD character I have, and a depiction of his unique instrument. The description of the second image is now out of date, and the explanation is as follows:
When the musician chooses a chord, they press a combo of the keys. This pressing of keys opens certain valves of the pipes. When the pedal is pressed, the air inside can escape through a tube and out of the pipes to create a pipe chord. When the pedal is pressed, the air pressure opens the main valve, which the motion activates the musical barrel at the bottom of the instrument to have 1 rotation. When the pedal is fully depressed, the air is all out, and the vacuum of air refilling the pedal closes the main valve, and releases the keys from their depressed form, resetting back to the start. The process begins again with the selection of a new chord and the start of the press of the pedal.
I think this all would be theoretically possible, and quite enjoyed the process behind coming up with it all. I like the new more air-based mechanics over the idea of having a consistent flywheel mechanism in the body of the instrument.
